The American BBQ was featured on Phantom Gourmet, rated “Gourmet Greatness,” “Must Eat Here” and Top Ten BBQ’s in New England! We serve genuine-wood smoked BBQ, prepared in the true Southern tradition. We dry rub our premium meats with our own mix of spices and seasonings and slow cook them for 5 to 16 hours in our wood smokers right on premises. Fall-off-bone tender and full of smoky flavor, along with alternatives like turkey, haddock and salmon for the non-carnivores. We’re reasonably priced with generous portions in a casual, warm and friendly atmosphere. Consistent quality and a spirited staff makes it a must try for residents and visitors alike.

The Wild Horse is an established restaurant with over ten years of successful business. It has been called one of the most noteworthy eateries on the North Shore, boasting high marks from Zagat, Yelp, Phantom Gourmet and TV Diner. The Wild Horse is managed by Sam Hunt and Matt Blanchard who have been working together over the past 3+ years at 15 Walnut Bistro in Hamilton.
