Downtown Research Project

Beverly Main Streets, in conjunction with Endicott College MBA students, is conducting a research study about downtown Beverly.  We have surveyed business owners, property owners, residents, students and shoppers and conducted several focus groups to get in-depth feedback.  We have a broad view of what people want and need downtown in terms of businesses, walkability, parking, signage and a host of other ideas.  We're analyzing the data and creating a set of recommendations for attracting new businesses and strengthening downtown Beverly.

We'll be ready to share the survey results and recommendations this summer.  Stay tuned!
