We at Beverly Main Streets have developed a vision for downtown, in pictures and words, as part of our Downtown 2020 initiative.  It is based on successful models for downtown neighborhoods developed by the National Main Streets organization and the Project for Public Spaces.  

We are happy to share our thoughts with you as you start your development process.  We work very closely with the Design Review Board and the Planning Board and we have shared our ideas and concepts with them as well.
